Yes — if a platform exposes a REST API (Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, a custom internal system, virtually anything), Apps Script's UrlFetchApp can call it directly from your sheet, pulling data in or pushing data out on whatever schedule or trigger you need.
Yes. We assess the existing VBA/macro logic and pivot structures, then rebuild the equivalent behavior natively in Apps Script and Sheets formulas — usually resulting in something more maintainable and accessible from anywhere, since it's cloud-native.
Apps Script supports time-based triggers (e.g. 'run this function every day at 6am') and event-based triggers (e.g. 'run this the moment a form is submitted or a cell is edited'). Both run automatically in the background without anyone opening the sheet.
Automations run inside your own Google account and Google Cloud project — we build and test against your data during development, but the finished script and any API credentials remain entirely within your infrastructure after handover.
