01How do I get a portal account?
Accounts are created by our team. Email info@theresearchdesks.com or message us on WhatsApp with your full name, the email you want to sign in with and which portal you need, and we'll send you a sign-in link.
02Which portal should I use?
The Client Portal is for clients tracking their projects, files and invoices. The Team Portal is for TRD's own team and specialists.
03I forgot my password or can't sign in.
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with the address you signed up with, and we'll restore your access.
04Who can see my information in the portal?
Only you and the TRD team members working on your projects. Each account sees only its own projects, files and figures.
