OnePointOfContact,EveryStage.
End-to-end research consulting — proposal, methodology, analysis, and write-up guidance — from a consultant who already knows your project. You remain the author; we make sure every stage holds together.
Research problems rarely stay inside one chapter.
A weak methodology produces data you can't properly analyze. Unclear analysis produces findings you can't discuss convincingly. One consultant across stages catches these knock-on problems before they compound.
What It Is
End-to-end consulting across every stage of a research project — proposal, methodology, data collection, analysis, and write-up — not a single fixed service.
A Supplement, Not A Replacement
This works alongside your supervisor, not instead of them — a focused space to prepare sharper questions and sanity-check decisions between meetings.
Every Stage
Proposal, design, data collection, analysis, and write-up/defense — book support for one stage or stay engaged across several.
Match your current stage to the right service.

We Map Your Project Stage
Identifying which specific service (methodology, analysis, literature review, editing) fits where you are right now.
Ongoing Session Cadence
Regular sessions at a pace that matches your writing and your supervisor meeting schedule, not a rigid package.
Milestone Check-Ins Through Submission
Support continues through proposal defense, chapter drafts, and final submission or viva preparation.
Terms that come up across every stage.
- Supervisor
- The academic assigned to guide your research project — this consulting service supplements, not replaces, that relationship.
- Viva Voce
- An oral examination, most common at PhD level, where you defend your thesis in front of a panel of examiners.
- Research Gap
- A question, population, context, or method the existing literature hasn't adequately addressed — the justification for a new study.
- Methodology
- The overall approach and reasoning behind how a study is designed and conducted, distinct from the specific methods used.
- Findings vs. Discussion
- Findings report what the data shows; discussion interprets what it means in light of existing literature and your research questions.
- Contribution to Knowledge
- What a study adds that wasn't previously known or established — central to PhD-level research in particular.
- Ethics Approval
- Formal institutional sign-off confirming a study's data collection methods meet ethical standards, required before most research begins.
- Confirmation / Upgrade
- A formal milestone (common in UK PhDs) where a candidate's progress and plan are reviewed to confirm continuation toward the full doctorate.
Common questions.
Your supervisor remains your primary academic guide and the person who ultimately approves your work. This service is a supplement — a more frequently available space to think through problems, prepare sharper questions before supervisor meetings, and get a second opinion between scheduled check-ins.
No. Every session across every stage of this service is consulting and review — you do the research, analysis, and writing, and remain the author of everything you submit. If you're looking for someone to produce work under your name, that's not what this service provides.
Both are available. Some people book a single diagnostic session to work through one specific problem; others prefer ongoing sessions at a cadence matched to their supervisor meetings and writing schedule. We'll help you figure out which fits your situation.
All three. The depth and focus shift — undergraduate and Master's sessions tend to focus on structure and methodology fundamentals, while PhD sessions go deeper into methodological contribution, confirmation/upgrade preparation, and viva defense strategy.
Your research, drafts, and data are handled confidentially and not shared or reused for any other purpose. If you have institution-specific policies on using external academic support, we're happy to work within whatever disclosure your program requires.
That's exactly what the individual service pages (Research Methodology, SPSS Analysis, NVivo Analysis Support, Literature Review Assistance, Academic Editing) are for — book directly into the stage you need. This page is for when you want a single point of contact across multiple stages.
