Before you write

01How quickly will you reply?

We aim to reply within one working day by email. WhatsApp is usually quicker during our working hours.

02What should I include in my message?

What happens today, what goes wrong, and what a good result looks like. Screenshots or a copy of a spreadsheet (with sensitive data removed) help more than a feature list.

03I don't know exactly what I need. Should I still get in touch?

Yes. Most clients start with a problem, not a specification. We'll ask questions, look at how things work today and suggest the simplest approach.

04Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial conversation and the written scope and quotation cost nothing. You only pay once you approve the scope and the work begins.

05Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We treat every brief as confidential by default and are happy to sign your NDA or ours before you share details.

06How do payments work for international clients?

Invoices can be paid by bank transfer, Wise or Remitly. The usual schedule is 50% to start and 50% on delivery.

07Can we get on a call?

Yes. Mention a few times that suit you in your message, or ask on WhatsApp, and we'll arrange a call in your working hours.
