Admin panels your team can run the business from
Free first conversation · No obligation · You own the code
You're likely in the right place if…
- 01Your team edits the database directly or asks a developer to change content.
- 02Everyone has the same access because the tool can't do roles.
- 03Nobody can tell who changed a record or when.
Sound familiar? Tell us which one on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) and we'll suggest where to start.
What we build
- 01
Role-based access
Owner, admin, editor, sales or any roles you define, enforced server-side.
- 02
Content management
Pages, products, case studies, media and SEO edited without touching code.
- 03
Operational tooling
Orders, users, bookings and support queues with search, filters and bulk actions.
- 04
Audit and history
Every change recorded with who, when and what.
How we build it
Designed around tasks
We watch how staff actually work and design screens for the ten things they do most.
Secure by default
Server-side authorisation on every action, not just hidden buttons.
Typical stack
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Supabase
- PostgreSQL
- Tailwind CSS
Questions about admin panels
01Can you add an admin panel to our existing site?
Usually, yes. We connect to your existing database or API and build the panel alongside it.
02What can we manage from the admin panel?
Whatever the system needs: content, products, orders, users, bookings, leads, media and SEO fields are common. We design it around the tasks your team does most.
03Is the admin panel secure?
Access requires sign-in, every action is checked on the server against the user's role, and the database enforces the same rules again. Changes are recorded in an audit log.
04Can we export data?
Yes. CSV exports and filtered views are standard, and reports can be added where needed.
05Will non-technical staff be able to use it?
That's the aim. Forms use plain labels, validation explains problems in words, and we walk your team through it at handover.
06How is the price decided?
After a short study of your process we send a written scope with fixed deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing is charged before you approve it; payment is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
07Who owns the work when it's finished?
You do. Code, accounts and documentation are handed over in your name once the project is paid.
