API integrations so your tools share one version of the truth
Free first conversation · No obligation · You own the code
You're likely in the right place if…
- 01Data is exported from one tool and imported into another by hand.
- 02Systems disagree about the same customer or order.
- 03A vendor has an API but nobody has connected it.
Sound familiar? Tell us which one on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) and we'll suggest where to start.
What we build
- 01
Two-way sync
Keep records aligned between CRM, spreadsheets, databases and SaaS tools.
- 02
Webhooks
Receive and act on events from payment, form and messaging providers, idempotently.
- 03
Custom APIs
Expose your own data to partners, apps or other systems with authentication and rate limits.
- 04
Payment integrations
Stripe and other providers wired to orders, invoices and access rights.
How we build it
Idempotent by design
Every event can be received twice without creating a duplicate.
Observable
Sync logs and alerts so you know when a provider changes something or goes down.
Typical stack
- REST
- Webhooks
- Node.js
- Google Apps Script
- n8n
- Stripe
- Supabase
Questions about api integrations
01What if a tool doesn't have an API?
We look for alternatives: webhooks, exports, email parsing or official connectors. If none is reliable, we'll tell you rather than build something fragile.
02What happens if one of the connected services goes down?
Integrations retry failed calls, queue events and alert a named person when something needs attention. No data is silently dropped.
03Can you build an API for our own system?
Yes, with authentication, rate limits and documentation so partners or apps can connect safely.
04Will duplicate records be created?
No. Each event is processed once, even if a provider sends it twice, and records are matched on stable IDs.
05How is the price decided?
After a short study of your process we send a written scope with fixed deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing is charged before you approve it; payment is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
06Who owns the work when it's finished?
You do. Code, accounts and documentation are handed over in your name once the project is paid.

Ready to talk about api integrations?
Tell us which systems need to talk to each other, or where AI could take work off your team. We'll say honestly whether it's reliable enough.
