Dashboards built on data you can trust

A dashboard is only as good as the pipeline behind it. We fix where the numbers come from first, then build the view: the figures owners check every morning, the queues teams work from and the reports clients receive.

§ 01Is this you?

You're likely in the right place if…

  • 01Different people quote different numbers for the same metric.
  • 02The weekly report takes half a day to assemble.
  • 03Managers ask for an update because they can't see status themselves.

Sound familiar? Tell us which one on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) and we'll suggest where to start.

§ 02Deliverables

What we build

  1. 01

    Operational dashboards

Live queues and status boards for the team: what's due, what's late, who owns it.

  2. 02

    Management reporting

Revenue, pipeline, delivery and cash views with consistent definitions, filtered by period, team or client.

  3. 03

    Client-facing reports

Branded reports or portal pages that show each client only their own data.

  4. 04

    Scheduled delivery

PDF and email reports generated on a schedule so nobody has to remember.

§ 03Approach

How we build it

  1. Define the metric first

Each figure gets a written definition and a single source. Two dashboards never calculate the same number two ways.

  2. Right tool for the audience

Sheets or Looker Studio when the team lives in Google; a custom web dashboard when you need roles, speed or client access.

  3. Readable over decorative

Few charts, clear labels, and tables where exact numbers matter.

Typical stack

  • Google Sheets
  • Looker Studio
  • Apps Script
  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
§ 04FAQ

Questions about dashboards & reporting

01Can you combine data from several tools?

Yes. We pull from spreadsheets, databases and APIs into one model, then build the dashboard on that model rather than on each source separately.

02Which tool will the dashboard be built in?

Google Sheets or Looker Studio when your data and team already live in Google Workspace; a custom web dashboard when you need logins, per-client views, speed on large data or a branded experience. We recommend one based on who will use it.

03Can different people see different data?

Yes. In a custom dashboard, permissions are enforced by the database, so a manager, a salesperson and a client each see only their own figures.

04How often will the numbers update?

Anything from live to a scheduled refresh (hourly, daily). We choose based on where the data comes from and how fresh it needs to be, and show the last-updated time on the dashboard.

05Can reports be emailed automatically?

Yes. Dashboards can generate PDF or email summaries on a schedule, sent to the right people with the right filters applied.

06How is the price decided?

After a short study of your process we send a written scope with fixed deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing is charged before you approve it; payment is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery.

07Who owns the work when it's finished?

You do. Code, accounts and documentation are handed over in your name once the project is paid.
